• Exchanges
• Refund requests for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preferences.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos/videos of the package and product

After verification, our team will assist you with a suitable resolution.
